☆SERVICE TIME 服务时间
We will reply girls emails under below stated time^_^
Weekdays: 7PM~10pm
Weekends: 12NOON~6PM
We will try to reply girls as soon as we can

☆TERMS&CONDITIONS 条款/条件
*Please read the terms below carefully before ordering to avoid
misunderstandings
在跟我们订购前请细读以下条款和条件,防止不必要的误会产生
1) NO payment → NO order
2) NO Discounts/NO negotiation of prices even you purchasing more
3) All payment all to be made in SGD [NO ACCEPTing TWD]
4) Goods sold are NOT exchangeable/refundable
5) All goods are brand new unless stated otherwise.
6) Once orders is sent to us,NO CANCELLATION/CHANGING is allowed.
7) Refunds of OUT OF STOCK items(OOS) will only BE DONE after items for that particular Spree had arrived
8) Allowing Girls to change their orders to same/other Spree if items are OOS
9) Taiwan Sprees are slow as the suppliers need time for restocking, need take around 1 to 2 months to process
10) Please follow our Order Format given [else will be rejected]
11) We will not be RESPONSIBLE it the suppliers sent us the WRONG items
[Wrong item/Colour/Size/Defect item]
12) We will NOT LIABLE for ANY LOST OF CASH or GOODS IN/OUT of SINGAPORE
[NO refunds will be made in such cases]
13) Any delay of suppliers side will not be blamed on Spree orgainser
14) We will NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for ITEMS/PARCELS that are DAMAGED/LOST in the midst of delivery from overseas. [NO refunds will be made in such cases]
15) Payment to be made within 1 week after orders sent to us
16) NO refund upon cancellation of items once payment is made.
17) Love The Girl© reserves the right to cancel sprees due to bad reponse.
[Full amount paid will be refunded in such cases]
18) Colour of the items may not be entirely similar to the pictures due to different colour setting of individual computers.
19) After 3 months, uncollected items will be confiscated.
20) Account no. will be given via confirmation email.

4) 物品卖出去之后不能更换或退货
5) 如果没任何注名,物品都是全新
6) 订单发送给我们之后,不能做任何的更改或取消订购
7) 退款那些没货的物品只会在可Spree的物品到新加坡后才进行
8) 如果您所订购的物品已没货的话,我们允许更换在同个Spree的物品或另一个Spree.要不然 我们会全额退还
9) 台湾spree通常会比较慢,因为"供应商"需要时间补货,大概需要一两个月来进行
10) 请依照我们的订单填写,否则将作废/不接受
11)如果'供应商'寄错物品的话,我们将不会负责
(错的物品/颜色/尺寸/瑕疵品)
12) 如果在delivery的途中款项或货物遗失的话,我们不会付起任何责任的
(如果真的有此事发生,我们也不会退款给您)
13) 如果"供应商'那边因某些原因造成耽误了货品到来的时间,不能怪spree的组办人
14) 如果在运送途中,货物有什么问题或不见的话,我们不会付起任何责任
(如果真的有此事发生,我们也不会退款给您)
15) 付款要在给下单/发订单后一周内付清
16) 如果付款后要取消订购的话,我们不会退钱给您
17) 衣戀苑有权利取消那些没什么人订购的Spree
[全额将会退还]
18) 实货的颜色有可能跟电脑显示的有误差,因个人电脑屏幕的光度而定.
19) 如果在 3三个月后, 没领取的物品将没收.
20) 我们的银行帐号会在确认一切后发给您
